About Ascension
Ascension arrived in 2011 in Black Ops' First Strike map pack. Set at a Soviet launch site, it added the lunar landers for fast travel, the Gersh Device black-hole grenade and Space Monkey rounds that try to steal your perks. It is often ranked among the best Black Ops zombies maps.
