About OpenTTD
OpenTTD is a free, open-source game based on Transport Tycoon Deluxe, the 1994 classic by Chris Sawyer. You run a transport company and connect towns and industries with trains, buses, trucks, ships and planes, growing your network across a century of game time. Since its first release in 2004 it has gained new features, bigger maps and online play.
OpenTTD in the browser
dos.zone runs OpenTTD 14 in the browser with open music and sound sets. It also hosts three 24/7 multiplayer servers (temperate, arctic and desert) where up to 30 players can build together. Free and ad-free.

Tips for OpenTTD

- A loan helps early on, but pay it back once your routes start making a profit.

Yes. OpenTTD opens in a browser tab on the project's own site, with no download and no sign-up.

No. Everything runs inside the browser tab. Close the tab and nothing stays on your computer apart from the browser cache.

No. This page links to an independent web project. Neither Radiant Optimizer Games nor the project is affiliated with OpenTTD team (open source).
